HLA worked to provide a strong visual identity to this mix use development through the design of pavings, plazas, sculpture, fountains, motor lobbies, streetscape.   Its main attractive is a central patio that features a plaza that floods with water to form a lake with water features or remains dry to hold special events.

The client wanted an exhuberant oasis in the city.  The concept is reinforced with the 3 color paving design that recalls Rio de Janeiro or Miami for its artistic and organic shapes, but is inspired in the architecture and the local mountains.
