Once a clay brick factory that was part of the industries that gave birth to Monterrey city, this large piece of land next to La Silla river and mountain will become one of the largest mix use developments in the South of the Metropolitan area.   With more than 10 prestigious architecture firms behind the design of the several buildings, HLA was in charge of defining the urban image and urban landscape for the entire area, from the streetscape to the main public plaza and private park of the development.   The narrative of the brick making process and the recycling of thousands of existing bricks left on site, give a particular industrial character to the site.
