VITEN is a 7 hectars master planned community o new Town Center designed for the Mercedez Benz and Nissan companies’ executives and their families.  It will also serve the neighbor university campus across the street.  It was designed as a little “town” that faces a main street, pedestrian oriented and shaded by street trees and porticos.
