Since its conception, the objective has been clear: to forge a holistic and captivating space that attracts a diversity of people, from tourists to families and workers, becoming a hub of activity and community.

Begonias Street presents itself as an urban gallery hosting iconic buildings and renowned architectural gems, such as the Begonias Tower and the prestigious Westin Lima Hotel and Convention Center. These structures not only enhance the urban skyline but also harbor a vibrant business, tourism, and visitor community that nurtures the area with its daily vitality.

The consolidation of this area as a premier destination in the city materializes in the continuous development of the surroundings. The central plaza is already a vibrant space, exquisitely designed green areas are a haven of peace, the internationally acclaimed food hall offers top-notch culinary experiences, and new spaces dedicated to gastronomic and retail experiences are successfully opening their doors, in line with our vision of urban excellence and well-being for our visitors.

High-efficiency drip irrigation system that uses 100% treated sewage from the city's municipal network and use of native species with low water consumption and maintenance

Signage that informs and educates visitors about the types of native trees and plants, and special rainwater treatment systems.

A team of biologists, in charge of the initial environmental impact, will carry out the monitoring, evaluation and correct maintenance of the green infrastructure systems.
